Rossal is situated in 3/4 acre garden, in an elevated position in Ullapool with views to Loch Broom and the distant Summer Isles.
The house has just been redecorated and refurbished and has just come to the holiday market this summer!
It is very well appointed and comfortable with lots of character and interesting areas. There are 4 bedrooms which can accommodate 7 persons, one has an ensuite shower room, there is a family bathroom with bath and shower and a downstairs separate toilet. The kitchen is large and well appointed with a dining area, sitting room with sofa & armchairs, TV/DVD and wood burner, drawing room with sofa, table and games, small study area with desk.
Rossal is 5 minutes walking from all facilities, harbour, restaurants, shops and leisure centre.
